Welcome to Redia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Redia mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Redia

Redia is a technology platform connecting:

• Customers who want to purchase items from local markets
• Shoppers who buy items on behalf of customers
• Dispatch riders who deliver the items

Redia facilitates these services but does not directly sell goods or provide delivery services.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to use the platform.

Users may register as:

• Customer
• Shopper
• Dispatcher

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of their account
• Update personal details when necessary
• Avoid creating fraudulent accounts

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery addresses
• Pay for orders before shopping begins
• Be available to receive deliveries
• Use the platform responsibly

Customers may:

• Compare shopper prices
• Select preferred shoppers
• Track delivery progress
• Rate shoppers and dispatch riders

4. Shopper Responsibilities

Shoppers accept orders and purchase requested items from markets on behalf of customers.

• Provide accurate pricing
• Purchase requested items
• Notify customers if items are unavailable
• Mark orders completed after shopping

Prohibited Actions

• Sharing contact details with customers
• Conducting transactions outside the platform
• Misrepresenting item prices
• Accepting orders they cannot complete

5. Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Pick up items from shoppers or markets
• Deliver items safely to customers
• Handle goods responsibly
• Mark deliveries as completed in the app

Customer contact details are only accessible when required for delivery.

6. Payments

Total order costs may include:

• Item cost
• Shopper service fee
• Delivery fee
• Platform charges

Payments may be made using debit cards, credit cards, or other supported methods.

7. Wallet and Withdrawals

Shoppers and dispatch riders receive payments through their Redia wallet and may withdraw funds to their registered bank account subject to verification and platform policies.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be canceled before shopping begins
• If items are unavailable
• If no shopper accepts the order

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or wallet.

9. Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate shoppers and dispatch riders. Redia reserves the right to remove abusive or fraudulent reviews.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal use of the platform
• Providing false pricing
• Harassing other users
• Attempting to bypass the platform
• Interfering with platform operations

11. Privacy

Redia protects user privacy and ensures sensitive customer information is only accessible when necessary to complete deliveries.

12. Limitation of Liability

Redia provides a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality of goods purchased from markets or delays caused by third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
