How much can I earn?
You earn the delivery fee on every trip you complete, less Redia's commission. You can see your earnings for every trip in the app.
How do I get delivery requests?
When a shopper finishes shopping, they choose from riders who are nearby and online. You're notified straight away and can accept or decline.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. You can go online whenever you're available and accept as many or as few trips as you like.
Why do I need to be verified?
Customers trust riders with their orders and their address. We check every rider's ID, licence and vehicle documents before they can take trips or withdraw. Your documents are only seen by the Redia team.
When can I withdraw?
Once you're verified, you can withdraw to your bank account at any time. Your fee for a trip reaches your wallet once the customer confirms delivery, or 24 hours after it's delivered.
