Sign up and get verified
Download Redia Shopper, create your account and submit your NIN or BVN, a photo of your ID and a selfie. We usually review within 2 business days.

Pick markets and set prices
Choose the markets you shop in and set your price for each item you're happy to buy.

Accept orders
You're notified when a customer picks you. Accept within 5 minutes, and the customer pays before you start.

Shop and hand over
Buy the items on the list, keep the customer updated in the app, then hand the order to a dispatch rider.

Get paid
Your earnings land in your wallet when the customer confirms delivery, or 24 hours after delivery if there's no problem.

How much can I earn?
You earn the shopping service fee on every order you complete, less Redia's commission, and you're also paid back the item prices you set. The more orders you complete, the more you earn.
Do I need to use my own money to shop?
No. Customers pay before you start shopping, and you're paid back the item cost along with your earnings once the order is complete.
Do I need a bike or car?
No. Dispatch riders on Redia handle delivery. You shop, then hand the order to a rider.
Why do I need to be verified?
Customers are trusting you with their money and their orders. We check every shopper's ID before they can take orders or withdraw. Your documents are only seen by the Redia team.
When can I withdraw?
Once you're verified, you can withdraw to your bank account at any time. Earnings for an order reach your wallet once the customer confirms delivery, or 24 hours after it's delivered.
Can I choose which orders to accept?
Yes. You're free to accept or decline any order.
