Questions, answered
How much does Redia cost?
Each order is made up of the item prices set by your shopper, a shopping service fee and a delivery fee. You see the full total from every shopper before you choose, and there are no hidden charges.
When do I pay?
Only after a shopper accepts your order. If your shopper doesn't accept within 5 minutes, you're notified so you can pick another one, and you aren't charged.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tap "Report a problem" on the order within 24 hours of delivery, before confirming it. Payment to the shopper and rider is paused while we review, and you get a refund for anything missing, wrong or damaged.
How do you vet shoppers and riders?
Every shopper and rider submits a NIN or BVN, a photo of a government ID and a live selfie, which our team checks before they can take orders. Riders also submit their licence and vehicle documents.
Is my personal information safe?
Your phone number and address are only shared with the people who need them to complete your delivery. You chat with your shopper in the app, so you never have to share your number.
