Your phone number and home address are never shared with shoppers. Only the dispatcher receives your address. All shopper-customer chats are monitored to prevent any personal information exchange.
If a shopper declines or doesn't respond within 10 minutes, you'll immediately be notified so you can pick another shopper. Payment is made only when a shopper has accepted your order
